Fast local response in Tampa area.
Tampa homeowners deal with more sun, more wind, and more no-see-ums than almost anywhere else in the state, and a screen enclosure built for a milder climate doesn't hold up here. We build to Hillsborough County wind-load requirements from the start, so you're not stuck retrofitting a cage that was never engineered for a real Florida storm season.
We've worked Tampa's older, established neighborhoods and its newer developments alike — from historic Hyde Park bungalows with strict architectural review requirements, to Davis Islands waterfront properties, to South Tampa, Westchase, New Tampa, and Carrollwood. We recently completed this beautiful pool enclosure in north Tampa in the luxurious Avila neighborhood. One specific HOA requirement they have is that every pool enclosure must have concrete columns spaced out properly in the walls instead of just relying on traditional aluminum framing. Everything was designed and engineered ahead of time and approved by Avila and Hillsborough County prior to work commencing. In this image the columns still needed to be painted to match the house and they decided to do that after the installation.
