Screen Enclosures & Pool Cages in Brandon, FL

Brandon's inland location means slightly different wind exposure than the coast, but summer storms still hit hard, and a cheaply-built enclosure shows it within a few years. We build every Brandon project to hold up to real Florida weather, not just look good on install day.

We built this new Brandon screen enclosure and elite roof system off of Kingsway Rd. on a beautiful 5 acre parcel after hurricane Milton took down the old enclosure. We reengineered it with larger beam sizes, a heavier carry beam to support the elite roof, and additional wind bracing in the screen enclosure roof. We can happily say it has been through two more severe storms since then with no structural damage or repair needed. Another unique feature with this Brandon project is we did a reverse pitch on the elite roof sytem to provide a higher ceiling and additional space for ceiling fans to be installed. Every home and project are different so we design and engineer every project "site specific" to exceed the necessary code requirements.
